I stand here all alone,

A symbol of your immortality,

I was to protect you,

To guard you against any harm,

My gates were strong,

They could take any force,

My king, your throne was protected,

But I lived longer than you,

Even longer than your entire kingdom,

You died too soon,

Purposeless I became,

I am just a tourist attraction now,

Pay a price to visit me,

Capture me in pictures,

Check-in in on my soul,

Time will pass,

End will come,

I am decaying day by day,
